Introduction to Celtic Shamanism
Part 1
All levels. This workshop will promote transformation through deep ancestral images that resonate within us. We will learn how to prepare for the sacred Imramm (Shamanic journey) and begin our quest into the mists to find our true selves.

Celtic Shamanism: Part II - Paths of Power
Deepen your understanding and work with the Celtic myth cycle and Shamanic practice. This workshop will focus on the Shamanic Journey into Annwn (the lower world) beyond the 9th wave, where the islands of Annwn bring transformation and healing.
This workshop is based on the Voyage of Mael Duin (the Celtic Book of the Dead).

This nine week course introduces the basic concepts of Wicca, lets you experience what a practicing Wiccan does, and helps you to decide if you would like to continue on the Wiccan path. Introduction to Tarot
This workshop will discuss the origins of Tarot, the basic correspondences and meanings of the suits and how to do a reading. Beginners tend to read the Tarot using the little book in the box but this class will show you how to start using the images to open your psychic intuition and begin real readings for yourself and others. The ethics of Tarot will be discussed.

Tarot Study Group
This study group will be a working group with many interesting exercises for integrating the Tarot into Wiccan Practice. Good for beginners and advanced practitioners. You can go deeper into the Tarot with this group and have plenty of time for discussion with peers.

Therapeutic Touch
Therapeutic Touch is derived from the ancient practice of laying-on of hands. It is connected to the concept of universal life energy and field theory, which sees all energy as interconnected and in movement.
This four hour workshop will teach participants the basics of TT which they can begin using immediately to help others. Following a Wiccan framework we will then incorporate the Elements and God/Goddess energy in the work as well as exploring the ethics of TT in relation to the Rede and the Rule of Three. Self-TT and distance-TT will also be addressed.
No prior experience is necessary. An understanding of Wiccan principals would be helpful.

Advanced Wiccan Therapeutic Touch
Advanced Wiccan Therapeutic Touch combines Therapeutic Touch (TT), which is derived from the ancient practice of laying-on of hands and Wiccan practice. At this workshop we will explore prayer and mantras and how they can change our consciousness in our daily lives. A powerful way to connect with your spirit that is ancient and awe inspiring. Praying has many different forms.Mantras start as a powerful vibration which corresponds to a specific spiritual energy and a state of consciousness in seed form. Ultimately, the mantra produces a state where we are completely in tune with the energy and spiritual state contained within the mantra.

Magickal Herbology
This class will be held in my garden. I have obtained many rare and magickal plants such as Dittany of Crete, Belladonna, Foxglove etc. as well as many other helpful plants such as St. John's Wort, Mugwort, Blood root, Bane Berry, Milk Thistle, different mints and thymes etc. Come and learn how to integrate the magick of herbs into your life for healing and spellcasting. I will be showing how to make Flower Essences and giving a Flower Essence reading to each participant.

Magickal Herbology: Potions, Creams and Magickal Cooking
Have you ever wonderered about the Path of the Green Witch? During the afternoon Arachne will share some of her knowledge of herbs in a workshop that looks at the magical and medicinal properties of certain plants growing in our neighbourhood or that we can find in our cupboards. Magic is all around us! We will also have fun making tinctures and magic pouches for healing and spellcasting.

Love Spells
Love Spells are wonderful complicated weavings that touch us on many levels. We must learn to love ourselves, open ourselves to the Harmony of the Universe, and open ourselves to the possibility of love and abundance. Even for people already in a happy relationship this workshop will show you how to deepen your love with magickal workings using energy, songs, herbs, stones and other methods. All are welcome.

The Witches Shield: Protection Magick
Protection magick involves strengthening our circle casting, creating wards, making talismans for our home, strengthening our auras and many other things. We are not focusing on paranoia but rather strengthening our energy and the energy of all that surrounds us to attract the positive and repel the negative. Protection Magick Part II: Talismans and Amulets
In this workshop we will explore ancient talismans and amulets of protection from the Grimoires. We will be making an amulet during the workshop and learn how to make protection talismans for others. This is a new and powerful workshop where we will learn songs and chants that can be used in healing, magick, raising energy and many other instances. We will also be talking about how to create your own songs of power. This is an important workshop for all Shamanic Wiccan practitioners.

Magick, Healing and Depression Workshop
In our society depression is epidemic and even life-threatening. This workshop will explore magickal and energetic triggers that could cause depression as well as working through and understanding depression. Are you really suffering from depression or are you having a spiritual dark night of the soul? What can you do about it from a magickal point of view? How can you help others suffering from depression? What are the imortant lessons of depression? (Please note: This is not a support group or a replacement for psychological counselling.)

Our collection of Wiccan, Pagan, alternative healing and spirituality books are available to lend to members, 2 books for up to one month at a time. The more members we have, the more books we can buy. Donations of books will be gladly accepted.

Advanced Elements of Wicca
This course spans one year of study and trains the participants in the Celtic Shamanic Wiccan tradition. Participants have the opportunity to take first degree initiation at the completion of the course. Fee covers materials and rental of hall. Students have access to one-on-one mentoring. Books and ritual tools not included.
Greenwood Tradition ($125 per year)
Young Pagan's Circle (free)
A place for younger members ages 10 to 18 to explore Pagan and alternative spirituality. All participants must have parental permission. Young Pagan's meet every second Sunday of the Month (11th year this year!) and parents or older siblings may participate if they wish.
Magic Star Circle
Through the year, the children (between the ages of 3 and 9) will learn about the Sabbats, the different Celtic Goddesses and Gods and will be introduced to drumming, spiritual songs and folk lore as well. Meetings take place on the last Sunday of every month from 10am to 11:30am at The Sacred Cauldron.

Drumming Circle
Meets once a month at a rented hall on the West Island . Learn about the healing power of the drum. The drumming circle gives beginning and advanced Shamanic practitioners a place to explore and continue their Shamanic work including healing, trance and divination. All are welcome. Bring your own drums and rattles.
Circle of High Oaks: French Advanced Wicca
For those who prefer to study in French this year long course will challenge you with the rigorous training. Initiation is available at the end of the course for those who are interested. Taught by a 3 rd Degree High Priestess from the Edwardian Tradition. All classes held in the woods near Ste. Sophie. Car-pooling available. New students accepted each September.
Insight Meditation Group
Each human being has the potential to experience a permanent state of clarity, openness and connection with the love of the Divine. In this state our consciousness is transformed and we are no longer affected by suffering. Meditation is one way to achieve this transformation and the process of practicing meditation immediately helps the practitioner to cope with day-to-day stress and gain greater insight to his or her inner truths. Learn how to meditate in this beginner level workshop. No prior experience is necessary.

Ninjutsu Practice Group
For those interested in learning the basics of Ninjutsu, an ancient Japanese Martial Art. Clothing and other supplies must be provided by the practitioner. No prior experience is necessary but a certain level of physical fitness is required.

Mediumship Practice Group
This group will be animated by Meri and Setanaya with supervision from Tania Thomas, a well-known spiritual medium from London, Ontario. Meets twice a month from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on the first and 3rd Saturdays. Cost is $5 per session. Space is limited.
